As we continue to scale our retail footprint across key cities, we are looking for someone who can drive localized, high-impact marketing initiatives at our stores.
Role Overview
As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will own and execute on-ground marketing initiatives across Ugaoo stores in Mumbai and Pune. The role requires a strong bias for action—planning campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution at store level to drive footfall, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store-Level Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute monthly/quarterly marketing calendars for retail stores
- Drive in-store branding, VM alignment, and campaign rollouts
- Ensure all stores are updated with current offers, creatives, and communication
2. Local Marketing & Activations
- Conceptualize and execute local activations (events, workshops, society pop-ups, etc.)
- Identify city-specific opportunities to drive footfall and brand visibility
- Build partnerships with local communities, residential complexes, and collaborators
3. Campaign Coordination
- Work closely with central marketing team for campaign adaptation at store level
- Ensure timely deployment of creatives, standees, and promotional material
- Track campaign performance and share feedback for optimization
4. Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and on-ground execution
- Negotiate and manage budgets for local activities and events
5. Performance Tracking
- Monitor store footfall, conversions, and campaign ROI
- Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Identify what’s working vs. what needs iteration
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with store managers, city ops teams, and marketing
- Ensure alignment between brand, operations, and customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing / offline marketing / activations
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable with on-ground coordination and frequent store visits
- Good understanding of local market dynamics (Mumbai & Pune preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
